Job Description

  • Strong Industrial Relations Background
  • Interpret and explain human resources policies, procedures, laws, standards, or regulations.
  • Conducting Disciplinary Hearing Matters
  • Processing probationary terminations
  • Overseeing dispute resolution involving employees, management etc.
  • Developing and revising applicable HR / IR policies
  • Facilitate negotiations between opposing parties and issuing the relevant advisory

  • Excellent understanding of the Jamaican Labor law principles and proficiency in applying same
  • 3 – 5 to years of Human Resource experiences working with employees in a number of capacities:
  • Employee Engagement
  • Experience in training/Conducting orientation
  • Policy Training
  • Excellent verbal and written communications
  • Strong interpersonal and successful decision-making or problem-solving skills.
