Job Description

performing the following duties.  

 ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Responsible for classroom set-up and maintenance of manuals and classroom.

 Attend train-the trainer sessions.

 Provides floor support during transition.

 Delivers material/information to students

 Teach all aspects of programs according to the client and company guidelines.

 Develop job aids and interact with clients and production

 Produce quality agents, who know and understand the program’s products, policies and procedures.

 Maintains class roster and attrition reports and weekly productivity reports.

 Trains new hires and conducts refresher courses.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:                                                    

Directly supervises 15-30 employees per training class. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work.

SUMMARY: 

Conducts training programs for current and new employees of organization by performing the following duties.
