Summary: Provides general office support with a variety of clerical activities and related tasks.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • The receptionist will be responsible for answering incoming calls, checking voicemails, directing calls to the appropriate departments, and mail distribution.
  • Greet job applicants and other visitors in a professional manner.
  • Provided callers with information such as company address; directions to the company location, company phone and fax numbers.
  • Assist recruiting team in scheduling interviews with potential candidates; update recruiting calendar as needed.
  • Responsible for setting up candidates on the application process and helping new hires fill out their new hire paperwork.
  • Coordinates the pick-up and delivery of express mail services.
  • Responsible for ordering, receiving, stocking and distribution of office supplies.
  • Other duties as assigned

•        High School Diploma or GED

•        Minimum 6 months to 1 year of Receptionist/Data entry/Clerical experience required.

Other Skills:

•        Knowledge of programs such as Excel, Word and internet based software.

•        Ability to multi-task easily with superior customer service mindset.
